An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Erauso in the 13th minute of play forced Louge FC's goalkeeper Modesto Ibar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 minutes, Jorge Euloxu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altos and the Louge FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 46 played minutes Altos got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Euloxu. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Matias Gonsalve made the kick off in the second half. Matias Gonsalve recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. The Altos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulises Camerino should have stopped the shot. Matias Gonsalve blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ulises Camerino having to make a save. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Louge FC's goalkeeper Modesto Ibar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Norberto Ler during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th match minute, Louge FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Oihan to maneuver through the defense. The Louge FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Altos to win.
