Reynaldo Abecia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Bertol having to interfere. Lucio Guillerme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Casado in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Nexhmi Gunga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Villa Bosch's Lucio Guillerme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C.A. Abismo were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Atletico Villa Bosch's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Agustin Sidro took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Ricardo Medardo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 32nd match minute, Atletico Villa Bosch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Maidana to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Virgilio Casado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucio Guillerme. Lucio Guillerme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucio Guillerme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Casado in the 45th minute of play. After the first half C.A. Abismo were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Reynaldo Abecia made the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Casado succeeded in the game's 51st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. Lucio Guillerme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Casado in the 55th minute of the match. C.A. Abismo made a substitution. Cipriano Gagriel replaced Eduardo Dantae. Lucio Guillerme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Virgilio Casado's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Lucio Guillerme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Herauso in the 62nd minute of the match. Lucio Guillerme made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Agustin Sidro sent off a good shot on target. The corner led to C.A. Abismo's Virgilio Casado getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Lucio Guillerme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Herauso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucio Guillerme made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Luis Arixo sent off a good shot on target. Luis Arixo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Lucio Guillerme made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. Abismo's zone, Reynaldo Abecia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Bertol came out of the goal and Reynaldo Abecia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reynaldo Abecia might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Bertol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reynaldo Abecia ran back to his position shaking his head. Lucio Guillerme made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Luis Arixo sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over C.A. Abismo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atletico Villa Bosch throughout the match.
