After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Edelmiro Valerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Magnifus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edelmiro Valerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Florian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Magnifus FC's Edelmiro Valerio got a free kick in the 31st minute. The wind increased when Generoso Rudolfo made the kick off in the second half. Lázaro Ignado kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Edelmiro Valerio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Magnifus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Rudolfo came free, but Bogdan Cioculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Ignado charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lázaro Ignado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of La Palmira F.C booed when Magnifus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Ignado didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Paolo Blanco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bogdan Cioculescu. Magnifus FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paolo Blanco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The La Palmira F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. When Edelmiro Valerio came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Magnifus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edelmiro Valerio couldn't finish the play. If Melchor Joseph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edelmiro Valerio got free with Javier Florian in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anselmo Laurendi during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
