Spectators: 7463 (Terracing: 5598, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eulalio Atarratze started the match with the kick off. Nuevo Horizonte's Tiburcio Egoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Etor in the 9th minute of play. Faustino Asteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Lapurdi in the 11th minute of play. Baldomero Lapurdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Asteri having to interfere. Eulalio Atarratze took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiburcio Egoi. Tiburcio Egoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Faustino Asteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Chorache in the 21st minute of play. After 22 played minutes Huracán got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Nardo. With his leg Faustino Asteri managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Nuevo Horizonte's Baldomero Lapurdi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 25 minutes, Urbano Ponc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huracán and the Nuevo Horizonte players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had been going on for 26 minutes, Nuevo Horizonte's David Gagriel got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Faustino Asteri. Nuevo Horizonte's Tiburcio Egoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Atarratze in the 29th minute of play. Haroldo Lehoi's late challenge caught a Nuevo Horizonte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haroldo Lehoi helped the player get up and apologised. Baldomero Lapurdi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. Nuevo Horizonte's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Guido Lucero fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nuevo Horizonte's protests and gave Guido Lucero a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Nuevo Horizonte getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Guido Lucero hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Huracán's Eulalio Atarratze sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Egoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eulalio Atarratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tiburcio Egoi came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Huracán's Eulalio Atarratze. But to his dismay, Eulalio Atarratze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a little luck, Nuevo Horizonte's Tiburcio Egoi got control of the ball when Leonides Lleir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Huracán's Faustino Asteri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Lapurdi in the 59th minute of play. Huracán's Eulalio Atarratze got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 62 played minutes Nuevo Horizonte got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Corderall. Leonides Lleir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Tiburcio Egoi made a huge save. Gaston Etor hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiburcio Chorache in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faustino Asteri saved Huracán from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Eulalio Atarratze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huracán's supporters rose to their feet, but Eulalio Atarratze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Egoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 69 minutes, Tiburcio Chorache mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nuevo Horizonte and the Huracán players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Nuevo Horizonte getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Tiburcio Chorache hit a great ball. In the 79thth minute of the game Tiburcio Chorache who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huracán's Faustino Asteri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Faustino Asteri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Chorache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaston Etor during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Huracán's Gaston Etor got a free kick in the 84th minute. When Ramiro Corderall fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nuevo Horizonte's protests and gave Ramiro Corderall a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of Nuevo Horizonte:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Huracán:s goal. When the match had been going on for 97 minutes, Huracán's Manuel Guillerme got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Tiburcio Egoi. The Huracán players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Nuevo Horizonte from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
