In the 13th minute, Clodoveo Amaya reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Simon Hanot. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 16th minute, Papagayos AFC's Clodoveo Amaya ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simon Hanot. Simon Hanot yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Luis Paublo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papagayos AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Paublo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Hanot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Clodoveo Amaya's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Simon Hanot skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 35th minute, Clodoveo Amaya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute Clodoveo Amaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Hanot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Simon Hanot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Amaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobias Cordeara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Txaran in the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Reyes in the 62nd minute of play forced Écija Balompié's goalkeeper Simon Hanot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Écija Balompié's Dalmacio Xacintu suffered a sore thigh after 63 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Javier Lando's late challenge caught a Écija Balompié's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Javier Lando helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th minute, Javier Lando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anacleto Reyes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Simon Hanot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Javier Lando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Papagayos AFC fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Papagayos AFC's Clodoveo Amaya looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Papagayos AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
