Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amadeo Lehior started the match with the kick off. Neild's Severo Florin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Matxin in the 5th minute of play. Ruben Hever took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Severo Florin. Neild's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Zacarias Txaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Neild fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Neild's Amadeo Lehior looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Amadeo Lehior's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Hanot was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 21 played minutes Écija Balompié got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Piearres. In a very dangerous position, a player in Écija Balompié fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Simon Hanot, was totally fooled by Neild's Prudencio Ixidor, who 23 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 28th minute Urbano Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Florin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Amadeo Lehior came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Neild fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Lehior couldn't finish the play. Écija Balompié's Simon Hanot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Lehior in the 39th minute of play. Gavino Bastia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Simon Hanot made a huge save. 43 minutes into the game, Delmar Sustrai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Écija Balompié's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Neild the free kick. The supporters of Neild booed when Écija Balompié was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Sustrai didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Zacarias Txaran made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Écija Balompié's goalkeeper Simon Hanot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Écija Balompié's zone, Prudencio Rocio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Hanot came out of the goal and Prudencio Rocio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Simon Hanot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Bastia in the 63rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Amadeo Lehior cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Simon Hanot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Neild booed when Écija Balompié was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Gavino Bastia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neild's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Bastia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Hanot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Simon Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Lehior, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 84 minutes into the game, Fidel Gaizkine was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amadeo Lehior fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Hanot having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Neild's Amadeo Lehior sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simon Hanot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gavino Bastia might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Hanot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavino Bastia ran back to his position shaking his head. Amadeo Lehior blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simon Hanot having to make a save. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Écija Balompié's goalkeeper Simon Hanot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Neild had played much better football throughout.
