The supporters of Soccer City FC booed when Maquina del mal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mei Yong didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfonso Jerico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Nicolas Astrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maquina del mal FC's Nicolas Astrada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Claus in the 17th minute of play. After 20 minutes, Cornelio Claus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soccer City FC and the Maquina del mal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cornelio Claus kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Astor Hunfredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Astrada having to interfere. Erasmo Shantala in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erasmo Sabino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Astor Hunfredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 played minutes Maquina del mal FC got a freekick which was hit by Lenílson do Vale. Nicolas Astrada didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cornelio Claus went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After the first half Soccer City FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erasmo Shantala to strike the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Astrada made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Astor Hunfredo sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute, Soccer City FC's Astor Hunfredo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nicolas Astrada. Nicolas Astrada yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Astor Hunfredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolas Astrada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Jithu Keng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th minute, Cornelio Claus fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of Soccer City FC booed when Maquina del mal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Urti didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Jithu Keng from long distance, 69 minutes into the match, got Nicolas Astrada's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 74th match minute, Soccer City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Jerico to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Erasmo Shantala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Soccer City FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Constantino Basualdo hit a great ball. In the 96th match minute, Soccer City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Jerico to maneuver through the defense. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
