Cóndores's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gao Yang Wei ran over to the corner to take the kick. Damian Rosio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Severiano Cordero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severiano Cordero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Kaczynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claude Bermudez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Libertad in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Raymundo in the 18th minute of play forced Cebollitas F.C.'s goalkeeper Claude Bermudez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 played minutes Cóndores got a freekick which was hit by Victor Idacio. Alfonso Libertad struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Claude Bermudez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cóndores. If Santiago Salcedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cóndores's Severiano Cordero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Salcedo in the 27th minute of play. Cebollitas F.C.'s Claude Bermudez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Cebollitas F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd match minute, Cóndores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Libertad to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Cebollitas F.C.'s Claude Bermudez got control of the ball when Alfonso Libertad tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cóndores's Paulo Tebaldo got a free kick in the 37th minute. Severiano Cordero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gao Yang Wei in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Cóndores's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Salcedo came free, but Severiano Cordero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Cipriano Raymundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the game, Paulo Tebaldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cóndores's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cebollitas F.C. the free kick. After 42 played minutes Cóndores got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Tebaldo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Rosio in the 44th minute of play forced Cóndores's goalkeeper Severiano Cordero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonso Libertads short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Claude Bermudez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Igor Gongola's late challenge caught a Cóndores's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Gongola helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 played minutes Cebollitas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Igor Gongola. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Salcedo to make the kick off. Olaf Kaczynski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Severiano Cordero made a huge save. In the 60th minute of the match, Santiago Salcedo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Severiano Cordero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jonas Eusko kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Damian Rosio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Severiano Cordero. The goal made the score 0-2.
