Spectators: 6623 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Silverio Lizar started the match with the kick off. Salvador Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 5 minutes, Silverio Lizar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berreta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Lizar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 6 minutes of play, Berreta FC's Salvador Ermengol made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Segundo Sotero was left in no man's land by his defense there! 9 minutes into the match, Berreta FC's Salvador Ermengol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Segundo Sotero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 12 played minutes Atlantico FC got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Abascal. The supporters of Berreta FC booed when Atlantico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Rosario didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Atlantico FC defense, Salvador Ermengol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Segundo Sotero. The Atlantico FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Segundo Sotero should have stopped the shot. Berreta FC's Silverio Lizar got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Berreta FC's Silverio Lizar in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlantico FC's goalie prevented a goal. Segundo Sotero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Ermengol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salvador Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Sotero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Ermengol, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Rogelio Ieltxu kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Rogelio Ieltxu struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Fidel Lluc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlantico FC. The Atlantico FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Berreta FC were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Americo Bartolome made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Americo Bartolome left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlantico FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. If Salvador Ermengol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silverio Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Sotero having to interfere. Salvador Ermengol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Segundo Sotero made a huge save. In the 62nd minute, Silverio Lizar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Salvador Ermengol got free with Segundo Sotero in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Segundo Sotero came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Berreta FC's Silverio Lizar. But to his dismay, Silverio Lizar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Salvador Ermengols short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Segundo Sotero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fidel Lluc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Iraitz in the 70th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Atlantico FC's zone, Silverio Lizar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Segundo Sotero came out of the goal and Silverio Lizar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Segundo Sotero was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Silverio Lizar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Silverio Lizar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Segundo Sotero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salvador Ermengol went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. In the 82nd minute, Salvador Ermengol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Berreta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. Salvador Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Ermengol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Salvador Ermengol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Segundo Sotero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Azibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Berreta FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atlantico FC throughout the match.
