In the 24th minute Aristides Urre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Froylan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venancio Froylan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Urre in the 29th minute of play. Venancio Froylan was a little too slow when Reynaldo Remigio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-0.
