Racing Galaxy's Gilberto Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Guillelmus in the 17th minute of play. Gilberto Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Medero in the 20th minute of the match. Edgardo Gutierrez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gilberto Gelmiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Edgardo Gutierrez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 22nd minute. Isaac Medero took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Gelmiro. Gilberto Gelmiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. A hard shot 30 in the game by Isaac Medero from a close distance when the talented Gilberto Gelmiro managed to make a qualified save. Racing Galaxy's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Medero in the 38th minute of play forced Racing Galaxy's goalkeeper Gilberto Gelmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 39 minutes, Ubaldo Abaunza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Racing Galaxy and the Urqu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 39 played minutes Racing Galaxy got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Abaunza. Gilberto Gelmiro was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Edgardo Gutierrez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edgardo Gutierrez really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Urqu FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joaquin Benvide 92 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 7-2. In the 97th minute of the match Urqu FC got a corner. Racing Galaxy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ubaldo Orain ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Urqu FC's Ubaldo Orain to fire away a dangerous shot which Gilberto Gelmiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Urqu FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
