Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Malargüe's Genaro Monico started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Genaro Monico got in the 5th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Evaristo Flores handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Malargüe's Braulio Salomone got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 17th minute Jeremias Iruinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnulfo Semeno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Mouricio went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Arnoldo Mouricio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Semeno having to interfere. When Genaro Monico fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malargüe's protests and gave Genaro Monico a yellow card for diving instead. Genaro Monico kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The supporters of Malargüe booed when Guerreros Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Kauldi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Malargüe's Genaro Monico got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evaristo Flores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Monico in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Amado Oier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malargüe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After a rather tough play, Malargüe's Jeremias Iruinea got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Jeremias Iruinea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malargüe's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Iruinea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Flores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Argenis to strike the kick off in the second half. Guerreros Fc's Casimiro Guipuzkoa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Braulio Salomone in the 56 minute of the game. If Igor Argenis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Flores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Iruinea in the 61st minute of the match. If Genaro Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Semeno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Argenis, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th match minute, Malargüe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Ignado to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Malargüe's zone, Casimiro Guipuzkoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnulfo Semeno came out of the goal and Casimiro Guipuzkoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnulfo Semeno was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Igor Argenis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 72 minute of play. Evaristo Flores came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Malargüe's Nestor Olivar. But to his dismay, Nestor Olivar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Guerreros Fc walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
