The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Argenis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gervasio Cordearo. That made the score 4-0 in the 23 minute of play. In the 26th minute Carmelo Nabar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Argenis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Cordearo having to interfere. Gervasio Cordearo was a little too slow when Igor Argenis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Argenis to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Laureano Porfirio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gervasio Cordearo. Lírico de Buenos Aires's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laureano Porfirio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Igor Argenis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Gervasio Cordearo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Cordearo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Argenis went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Gervasio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Porfirio, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Arnoldo Mouricio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Guerreros Fc booed when Lírico de Buenos Aires was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Nabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evaristo Flores came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Lírico de Buenos Aires's Carmelo Nabar. But to his dismay, Carmelo Nabar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Guerreros Fc were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lírico de Buenos Aires for a fine match.
