An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Gotzon in the 33rd minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Laferrere's goalkeeper Örjan Lind to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Punua's Prospero Santo to fire away a dangerous shot which Örjan Lind despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Örjan Lind showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Prudencio Bras put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Örjan Lind. Örjan Lind showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Santo in the 90th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Marciano Ferrando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Rafel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Punua eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
