After a rather tough play, Cerrito's Godfredo Raymon got a free kick in the 8th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Jacobo Orlo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cerrito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Estrella de Boedo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cerrito's Jacobo Orlo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Maximiliano Silban came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Estrella de Boedo's Dónaldur Trumpf. But to his dismay, Dónaldur Trumpf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Dibag Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Perutxo in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Estrella de Boedo's Nicolas Elixio got a free kick in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Cerrito's goalkeeper Maximiliano Silban had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldo Gaúcho. 32 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Gaúcho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maximiliano Silban. Ronaldo Gaúcho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Maximiliano Silban had great luck who in the 44thth minute grab hold of the ball when Dónaldur Trumpf from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Jacobo Beliran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cerrito's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Beliran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dibag Martinez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Godfredo Raymon struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Dibag Martinez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerrito. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Dibag Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Raymon in the 54th minute of play. If Dónaldur Trumpf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Estrella de Boedo's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Raymon came free, but Dibag Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dibag Martinez made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Godfredo Raymon sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Cerrito booed when Estrella de Boedo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guille Barros Schelloto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernan Estavan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Fernan Estavan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Teodosio Perutxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Estrella de Boedo's Dónaldur Trumpf in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cerrito's goalie prevented a goal. 90 minutes into the match, Cerrito's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Gaúcho came free, but Maximiliano Silban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
