After 3 played minutes River Ctes got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Vistruario. Mihăiţă Macarie took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudio Hermon. Claudio Hermon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Matias Aurken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 12 minutes into the match, Cuervos de Boedo's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Vito came free, but Roland Zondervan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cuervos de Boedo's Claudio Urki got a free kick in the 13th minute. Godfredo Lalla was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cuervos de Boedo! The referee gave River Ctes a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luiz da Mata, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cuervos de Boedo's Roland Zondervan. 1-1. Nicasio Berriotxoa hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Mihăiţă Macarie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Hermon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Roland Zondervan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Vistruario in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cuervos de Boedo's Octavio Erdiano got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Matias Aurken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuervos de Boedo's supporters rose to their feet, but Matias Aurken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Hermon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicasio Berriotxoa during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicasio Berriotxoa kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Ivan Txatxu kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Luiz da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Laureano Estevez kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The supporters of River Ctes booed when Cuervos de Boedo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Aurken didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Jeronimo Vito made the kick off in the second half. Claudio Hermon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mihăiţă Macarie went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Tuncer Ereken struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Claudio Hermon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuervos de Boedo. If Tuncer Ereken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute of the match, Luiz da Mata tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roland Zondervan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 62nd minute, Cayetano Basajaun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeronimo Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Roland Zondervan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cuervos de Boedo's Claudio Urki managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Laureano Estevez in the 77 minute of the game. Cuervos de Boedo's Roland Zondervan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Vistruario in the 78th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacobo Vistruario in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Zondervan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matias Aurken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Hermon having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz da Mata in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roland Zondervan saved Cuervos de Boedo from getting behind. Mihăiţă Macarie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Hermon having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, River Ctes's Jeronimo Vito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roland Zondervan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Although Cuervos de Boedo had been in control for most of the match, River Ctes still came away with the win.
