The Herrier fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Herrier's Gustavo Estevon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 14 minutes into the game, Herrier's Santiago Endira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodosio Berriotxoa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. A collision led to BURTON ALBION getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Fernando Gipuzkoa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Estevon in the 21st minute of play forced BURTON ALBION's goalkeeper Teodosio Berriotxoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodosio Berriotxoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Estevon in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Herrier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Estevon to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Herrier booed when BURTON ALBION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Txanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 minutes, Gustavo Estevon made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. BURTON ALBION's Teodosio Berriotxoa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustavo Estevon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Berriotxoa having to interfere. Teodosio Berriotxoa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Endira went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

Teodosio Berriotxoa came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Herrier's Santiago Endira. But to his dismay, Santiago Endira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Gustavo Estevons short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Teodosio Berriotxoa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Teodosio Berriotxoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Clodio in the 67th minute of play. After 68 played minutes BURTON ALBION got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Gipuzkoa. Gustavo Estevon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Teodosio Berriotxoa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Herrier's Justo Izotz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Tirso in the 70th minute of play. A hard shot 72 in the game by Gustavo Estevon from a close distance when the talented Teodosio Berriotxoa managed to make a qualified save. BURTON ALBION's players were relieved. If Alfredo Clodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodosio Berriotxoa didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Herrier's Gustavo Estevon shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-10 in the ordered_time% minute. 78 minutes into the match, BURTON ALBION's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Constancio came free, but Teodosio Berriotxoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Anselmo Txanton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-10. Justo Izotz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alfredo Clodio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodosio Berriotxoa having to make a save. 86 minutes into the match, Herrier's Alfredo Clodio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodosio Berriotxoa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Erasmo Ferran fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BURTON ALBION's protests and gave Erasmo Ferran a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to BURTON ALBION getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Erasmo Ferran hit a great ball. Alfredo Clodio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodosio Berriotxoa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Gustavo Estevon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodosio Berriotxoa. BURTON ALBION's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Estevon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-11. Herrier's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
