Americo Aballe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Tomas Pancho made a huge save. Jonas Vigil's late challenge caught a Tratayén FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Vigil helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Abbott AFC's Jonas Vigil got a free kick in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Inocencio Guter was the one to do the kick off. In the 64th minute Ciriaco Loramendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Tratayén FC fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Tratayén FC's Inocencio Guter looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 68 minutes of play, Abbott AFC's Ciriaco Loramendi made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomas Pancho was left in no man's land by his defense there!
