In the 4th minute Raulo Beguellina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Laffitte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Eray Bilen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldomiro Laffitte. Cayuqueo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eray Bilen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Cayuqueo FC's Baldomiro Laffitte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Gervaso in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Placido Gervaso in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomiro Laffitte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes into the game, Raulo Beguellina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Baldomiro Laffitte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Baldomiro Laffitte came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Kiaxi FC's Silvio Abastas. But to his dismay, Silvio Abastas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Baldomiro Laffitte was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Placido Gervaso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Placido Gervaso really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Placido Gervaso put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Baldomiro Laffitte. Baldomiro Laffitte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raulo Beguellina in the 38th minute. Placido Gervaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Baldomiro Laffitte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kiaxi FC's Silvio Abastas got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Rene Fernendo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kiaxi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rene Fernendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomiro Laffitte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Placido Gervaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaspar Herauso made a kick off. Baldomiro Laffitte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvio Abastas's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the game, Kiaxi FC's Raulo Beguellina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baldomiro Laffitte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. After a rather tough play, Cayuqueo FC's Alvaro Cordario got a free kick in the 57th minute. Baldomiro Laffitte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Biraga in the 61st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Silvio Abastas put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Baldomiro Laffitte. Placido Gervaso scored 9-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomiro Laffitte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Cayuqueo FC defense, Placido Gervaso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baldomiro Laffitte. The Cayuqueo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baldomiro Laffitte should have stopped the shot. After 87 minutes, Silvio Abastas made it 11-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cayuqueo FC's Baldomiro Laffitte tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
