The referee showed Zacarias Goi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Magios FC's Zacarias Goi got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 9 minutes, Efrain Dimas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trinche FC and the Magios FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Trinche FC got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Dimas. 14 minutes into the match, Magios FC's goal looked a bit too open when Firman Tanzier came free, but Miklós Csontos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejandro Lizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Thijs Spanjaard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Alejandro Lizar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Thijs Spanjaard was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hilario Markel's late challenge caught a Magios FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hilario Markel helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Trinche FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! If Alejandro Lizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thijs Spanjaard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Mosen in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Segundo Perpinya was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trinche FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Magios FC the free kick. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Trinche FC! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejandro Lizar to make the kick off. When Patricio Maidana fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trinche FC's protests and gave Patricio Maidana a yellow card for diving instead. Miklós Csontos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Firman Tanzier went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Zacarias Goi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thijs Spanjaard having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, Magios FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Mede to maneuver through the defense. After 70 minutes of play Trinche FC's Segundo Perpinya was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 71 played minutes Trinche FC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Perpinya. In the 73rd minute, Victorino Endura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Patricio Maidana took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Miklós Csontos to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Alejandro Lizar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thijs Spanjaard was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 80th minute, Zacarias Goi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Lizar in the 92nd minute of play forced Trinche FC's goalkeeper Thijs Spanjaard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magios FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
