After a defensive mix-up in Trinche FC's zone, Ruben Mitxel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thijs Spanjaard came out of the goal and Ruben Mitxel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Ramon Elequemedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thijs Spanjaard was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Ramon Elequemedo struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Thijs Spanjaard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Lorenzo de Almagro. Firman Tanzier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Domingo Frutos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vinicio Montrel kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Domingo Frutos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lisandro Hodei went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 35th match minute, Trinche FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Markel to maneuver through the defense. Efrain Dimas succeeded in the game's 39th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0.

Andres Baldovino tried in the 51st minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Thijs Spanjaard a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 4-1. Trinche FC's Thijs Spanjaard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Otsoko in the 60th minute of play. Andres Baldovino hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Segundo Perpinya's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domingo Frutos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. San Lorenzo de Almagro's Abelardo Bastian quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gabriel Tab, made in the 71st minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Tab during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Trinche FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gabriel Tab hit a great ball. Domingo Frutos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firman Tanzier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingo Frutos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Maidana in the 79th minute of play. Domingo Frutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Dimas in the 80th minute of the match. Thijs Spanjaard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Elequemedo in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Almagro's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Maidana came free, but Domingo Frutos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Trinche FC.
