Vicente Gonzalez was a little too slow when Ruben Mitxel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 2-0. Jorge Bertin's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo de Almagro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Bertin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of San Lorenzo de Almagro booed when Chacarita Jrs F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Bertin didn't get a good kick on the ball.
