Oscar Gombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Donio, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 10 minutes, Augusto Mergildo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the XEI NEI XE FC and the Infierno FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, XEI NEI XE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Mergildo to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mincho Staevski in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Gombal saved XEI NEI XE FC from getting behind. Dante Txindoki charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Txindoki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, XEI NEI XE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Txindoki to maneuver through the defense. Serafim Bueno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Mincho Staevski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Infierno FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mincho Staevski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Gombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in XEI NEI XE FC's zone, Celestino Donio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Gombal came out of the goal and Celestino Donio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mincho Staevski took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Gombal. Oscar Gombal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Oscar Gombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafim Bueno in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, XEI NEI XE FC's Augusto Mergildo got a free kick in the 34th minute. Oscar Gombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mincho Staevski in the 35th minute of play. Serafim Bueno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Gombal having to interfere. If Mincho Staevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Gombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Bueno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Serafim Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hermengildo Fernandes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oscar Gombal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mincho Staevski in the 70th minute. Oscar Gombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestino Donio in the 74th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, XEI NEI XE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Serafim Bueno came free, but Oscar Gombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Cesinha Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hermengildo Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Infierno FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
