The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Isidoro Frederik made the kick off in the second half. When Isidoro Frederik fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peguahó FC's protests and gave Isidoro Frederik a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Girardet booed when Peguahó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Frederik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Peguahó FC's Constantino Gentza got a free kick in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Cuartio in the 58th minute of play forced Peguahó FC's goalkeeper Lucas Lander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Lander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aníbal Santana's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantino Gentza during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Constantino Gentza kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Lucas Lander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Santana in the 64th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Aníbal Santana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Lucas Lander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Reinaldo Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Aníbal Santana made a precise shot to the right of Lucas Lander. Peguahó FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0.
