The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 5 minutes into the match, Kikemania FC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Juvenal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Márcio Quental. In the 6th minute, Charro Moreno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albin Arenius was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Balendin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albin Arenius was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. When Charro Moreno came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Kikemania FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charro Moreno couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Kikemania FC's Placido Min got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute Silvio Eutropio suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Márcio Quental fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BOLIVAR AFC's protests and gave Márcio Quental a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to BOLIVAR AFC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Márcio Quental hit a great ball. In the 27th minute Charro Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albin Arenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, BOLIVAR AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Barrionuevo to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Gabriel Balendin sped through BOLIVAR AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Albin Arenius. If Charro Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, Gabriel Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charro Moreno in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albin Arenius saved BOLIVAR AFC from getting behind. In the 40th match minute, Kikemania FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Diegotxe to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes BOLIVAR AFC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Lastur. Hipolito Ler kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Placido Min struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Albin Arenius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kikemania FC. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Charro Moreno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Charro Moreno's late challenge caught a BOLIVAR AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Charro Moreno helped the player get up and apologised. Charro Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd match minute, Kikemania FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Azeari to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute of the match, Charro Moreno tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Albin Arenius saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, BOLIVAR AFC's Albin Arenius got control of the ball when Gabriel Balendin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Kikemania FC booed when BOLIVAR AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Barrionuevo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albin Arenius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8. Albino Dominix kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute of the match Francisco Kaiet sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaudencio Juvenal skillfully saved the ball. Gabriel Balendin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Arenius having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kikemania FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
