Niceto Mede's late challenge caught a Pacíficos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niceto Mede helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Nicasio Luix managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pacíficos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicasio Luix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albin Arenius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Márcio Quental fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Vidal having to interfere. Fausto Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Hermon in the 15th minute of the match. Pacíficos FC's Fausto Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márcio Quental in the 17th minute of play. Fausto Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Hermon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albin Arenius stood somewhat misplaced when Nicasio Luix came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 22 minute. In the 27th match minute, BOLIVAR AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Ler to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Luix in the 30th minute of play forced BOLIVAR AFC's goalkeeper Albin Arenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 minutes, Márcio Quental made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Pacíficos FC's Fausto Vidal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ismael Uzuri's late challenge caught a BOLIVAR AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Uzuri helped the player get up and apologised. Ismael Uzuri kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ismael Uzuri made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Dante Hermon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pacíficos FC's Fausto Vidal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Pacíficos FC from getting a goal against them. Fausto Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Kaiet in the 58th minute of play. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pacíficos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Francisco Kaiet was slow to take the kick. During this time BOLIVAR AFC's players had a chance to rest. In the 66th minute Raul Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albin Arenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ismael Uzuri in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albin Arenius saved BOLIVAR AFC from getting behind. Francisco Kaiet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Fausto Vidal made a huge save. Nicasio Luix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Arenius having to interfere. Albin Arenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Luix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 played minutes Pacíficos FC got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Gaztea. Fausto Vidal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The BOLIVAR AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BOLIVAR AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
