Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Dante Hermon started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Conrado Mirande managed to get in a good position for a shot. Libertador Nacional's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Mirande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albin Arenius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Hermon kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9thth minute of the game Conrado Mirande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BOLIVAR AFC's Albin Arenius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Conrado Mirande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Arenius having to interfere. After some careless play in the BOLIVAR AFC defense, Angelo Errando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albin Arenius. The BOLIVAR AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albin Arenius should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute Angelo Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albin Arenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Francisco Kaiet fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BOLIVAR AFC's protests and gave Francisco Kaiet a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Libertador Nacional booed when BOLIVAR AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Kaiet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camilo Barrionuevo hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Albin Arenius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelo Errando went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 32 played minutes BOLIVAR AFC got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Barrionuevo. When Angelo Errando came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Libertador Nacional fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Errando couldn't finish the play. In the 41stth minute of the game Angelo Errando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BOLIVAR AFC's Albin Arenius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Conrado Mirande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Arenius having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Libertador Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Barrionuevo came free, but Amado Sasoin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albin Arenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Tuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Libertador Nacional were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Conrado Mirande made a kick off. Niceto Mede hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Santo Gonza might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albin Arenius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santo Gonza ran back to his position shaking his head. Amado Sasoin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Kaiet, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in BOLIVAR AFC's zone, Angelo Errando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albin Arenius came out of the goal and Angelo Errando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Hermon struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Amado Sasoin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BOLIVAR AFC. The crowd rose to their feet as Libertador Nacional's Conrado Mirande slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Albin Arenius. That made the score 0-3 after 61 minutes of play. Conrado Mirande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Albin Arenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Isaac Tuste took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Albin Arenius to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Conrado Mirande kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Albin Arenius. That made the score 0-5 in the 69 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Errando got free with Albin Arenius in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, BOLIVAR AFC's Francisco Kaiet got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 82 played minutes BOLIVAR AFC got a freekick which was hit by Márcio Quental. 83 minutes into the match, BOLIVAR AFC's goalkeeper Albin Arenius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conrado Mirande. Amado Sasoin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Hermon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Kaiet got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. With a little luck, BOLIVAR AFC's Albin Arenius got control of the ball when Angelo Errando tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Libertador Nacional's Santo Gonza broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Libertador Nacional eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
