In the 3rd minute Vural Başeskioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Lapurdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Altzibar Zapater made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Alberto Marin sent off a good shot on target. Altzibar Zapater made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeo Maule in the 12th minute. Altzibar Zapater showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Maule in the 16th minute of the match. When Alberto Marin in the 19th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Altzibar Zapater kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Dominico F.C.'s Aquiles Lapurdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willy Webster in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Vural Başeskioğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquiles Lapurdi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 27th minute of the match, Amadeo Maule got a very nice opportunity to score, but Altzibar Zapater was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dominico F.C.'s Aquiles Lapurdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Lizbeth in the 31st minute of play. Aquiles Lapurdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willy Webster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Nío AFC's Altzibar Zapater got control of the ball when Remigio Firmo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aquiles Lapurdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willy Webster in the 40th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Willy Webster in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Lapurdi saved Dominico F.C. from getting behind. Altzibar Zapater made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remigio Firmo in the 42nd minute. Aquiles Lapurdi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vural Başeskioğlu went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Fernan Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

After 55 minutes Dominico F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Christian Atauri who took care of the corner kick. In the 57th minute Alberto Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Altzibar Zapater saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Nío AFC's Vural Başeskioğlu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aquiles Lapurdi. That made the score 1-3 after 58 minutes of play. 61 minutes into the match, Dominico F.C.'s goalkeeper Aquiles Lapurdi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vural Başeskioğlu. Nío AFC's Altzibar Zapater played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Marin in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Amadeo Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquiles Lapurdi made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Rigoberto Lizbeth sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Nío AFC booed when Dominico F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Lapurdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vural Başeskioğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Alberto Marin sped through Nío AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Altzibar Zapater. 74 minutes into the match, Dominico F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Willy Webster came free, but Aquiles Lapurdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Dominico F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Dominico F.C.'s Alberto Marin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Marin in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Altzibar Zapater saved Nío AFC from getting behind. Rigoberto Lizbeth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Aquiles Lapurdi made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Alberto Marin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Altzibar Zapater was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Aquiles Lapurdi made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Vural Başeskioğlu sent off a good shot on target. Vural Başeskioğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Aquiles Lapurdi made a huge save. Dominico F.C.'s Aquiles Lapurdi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Dominico F.C. from getting a goal against them. If Ruben Laffitte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Lizbeth took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aquiles Lapurdi. Aquiles Lapurdi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nío AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
