Nereo Enaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Gartzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Hitzeder in the 9th minute of play forced Vilelas's goalkeeper Ferman Cañadas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delmiro Hitzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferman Cañadas having to interfere. In the 18th match minute, Vilelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Casomiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vilelas's goalkeeper Ferman Cañadas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teodosio Madeo took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferman Cañadas. Ferman Cañadas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Delmiro Hitzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ferman Cañadas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Vilelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Casomiro to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of BulnesFC booed when Vilelas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Casomiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erubiel Martxel hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Delmiro Hitzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Erubiel Martxel fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vilelas's protests and gave Erubiel Martxel a yellow card for diving instead. Erubiel Martxel hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute of the game Cipriano Casomiro made a throw-in which Pedro Izel played forward. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Teodosio Madeo managed to get in a good position for a shot. BulnesFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodosio Madeo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferman Cañadas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodosio Madeo to strike the kick off in the second half. Teodosio Madeo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodosio Madeo in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferman Cañadas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes into the match, Fabian Niva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nereo Enaut. BulnesFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Niva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 62nd minute Teodosio Madeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferman Cañadas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmiro Hitzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ferman Cañadas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Estefan hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, BulnesFC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Gartzi came free, but Nereo Enaut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, BulnesFC's Gualterio Aguilera got a free kick in the 89th minute. If Delmiro Hitzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Despite being the better team, BulnesFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
