When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Zeledon Rik took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Rigoberto Benino to make any attempt to save it. 17 minutes into the match, Zeledon Rik notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Valle 's Rigoberto Benino. Rigoberto Benino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nono Rico scored 4-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rigoberto Benino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Rik in the 25th minute of play forced Valle 's goalkeeper Rigoberto Benino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Alfonso Etxatxu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stasio Zachemski was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. If Alfonso Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Benino came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Xeneize's Hermengildo Liberto. But to his dismay, Hermengildo Liberto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Rik in the 55th minute of play forced Valle 's goalkeeper Rigoberto Benino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rigoberto Benino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Rik, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 59 played minutes Club Atlético Xeneize got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Onbera. 60 minutes into the match, Valle 's Ciriaco Caitano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Claudio Vergaray's late challenge caught a Valle 's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Club Atlético Xeneize:s Stasio Zachemski showed great skill when he stopped Ciriaco Caitano:s penalty. After some careless play in the Valle defense, Robert Boström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rigoberto Benino. The Valle fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rigoberto Benino should have stopped the shot. Rigoberto Benino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Liberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 89 minutes into the game, Gaston Fernandes threw the ball into play from the sideline. Club Atlético Xeneize's Gervasio Onbera quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 98 minutes of play, Club Atlético Xeneize's Zeledon Rik made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rigoberto Benino was left in no man's land by his defense there!
