Richie Olavarrieta struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Marcelo Florinio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BALTICA FC. Richie Olavarrieta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute, Geronimo Domeka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BALTICA FC's Igor Montae proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save BALTICA FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, BALTICA FC's Krisztián Novák got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute, Richie Olavarrieta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Cipriano Garin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ave Fenix's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Garin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Montae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in BALTICA FC's zone, Silvestre Salvadore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Montae came out of the goal and Silvestre Salvadore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucio Etxahun charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucio Etxahun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ave Fenix's Lucio Etxahun got a free kick in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, BALTICA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Salvadore came free, but Igor Montae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Montae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Salvadore in the 39th minute of play. Modesto Weterio hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Modesto Weterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cipriano Garin was the one to do the kick off. Igor Montae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Garin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krisztián Novák in the 61st minute of play forced Ave Fenix's goalkeeper Marcelo Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvestre Salvadore during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 65 minutes into the match, Silvestre Salvadore notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of BALTICA FC's Igor Montae. Igor Montae was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 68th minute, Krisztián Novák left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BALTICA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 71st minute, Silvestre Salvadore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ave Fenix booed when BALTICA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Lamberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th match minute, BALTICA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Lon to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 82 minutes, Baldomero Ritchie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ave Fenix's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Ritchie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, BALTICA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Garin came free, but Igor Montae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Florinio made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Richie Olavarrieta sent off a good shot on target. Silvestre Salvadore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ave Fenix were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
