When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodrigo Palacios made a kick off. Gregorio Oinaz hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After 56 played minutes, Lomas Centro's Rigoberto Beti shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Héctor David Calderón came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lomas Centro reached it. During the 93rd minute of the match Florencio Senen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Florencio Senen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to CHONA AFC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Florencio Senen hit a great ball. When the match was over CHONA AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lomas Centro throughout the match.
