In the 30thth minute of the game Flavian Londoño who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huanqueros FC's Marcelino Gaizko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Godtfred Laustø hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. A collision led to Huanqueros FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Nicanor Iraido hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Flavian Londoño's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelino Gaizko was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Nicanor Iraido in the 38th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cordoba FC's Godtfred Laustø. Huanqueros FC's Marcelino Gaizko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavian Londoño in the 52nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Gustavo Burni took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Israel Salomone to make any attempt to save it. Cordoba FC's Israel Salomone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Cordoba FC from getting a goal against them. In a very dangerous position, a player in Huanqueros FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cordoba FC fully deserved thier win.
