Samuel Venceslao's late challenge caught a Wildermuth AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingo Hartz came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Lomitas's Robustiano Bemabe. But to his dismay, Robustiano Bemabe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gilberto Manilan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st minute, Eusebio Unax hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wildermuth AFC's Domingo Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Trotta in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Lomitas booed when Wildermuth AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Odol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Marcelo Bermund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lomitas's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Bermund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Hartz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Higinio Ferran made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Fernando Gartzi sent off a good shot on target.

The audience was convinced that Robustiano Bemabe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingo Hartz was relentless in the 78th minute of the game.
