In the 31st minute, Gustavo Rivero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Urbano Nerio. The goal made the score 1-1. Everardo Santxol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Vulcan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Naranja Mecanica FC's Urbano Nerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Rivero in the 35th minute of play. Alex Vulcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Dorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Naranja Mecanica FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Rivero came free, but Urbano Nerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Everardo Santxol fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Naranja Mecanica FC's protests and gave Everardo Santxol a yellow card for diving instead. Everardo Santxol kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Prudencio Dorio made a kick off. With an all-out effort, Naranja Mecanica FC's Alex Vulcan threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Everardo Santxol, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 59 minutes into the match, Naranja Mecanica FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Gaur came free, but Urbano Nerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Freddy Bertran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Vulcan having to interfere. Freddy Bertran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alex Vulcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Naranja Mecanica FC booed when Casi Gol FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Gaur didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Prudencio Dorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
