Albano Neron's late challenge caught a Chacarita Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albano Neron helped the player get up and apologised. Albano Neron kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to MULA FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Hector Hegoi hit a great ball. Delmiro Cordera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, MULA FC's Jacobo Reynardo got a free kick in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hector Hegoi was the one to do the kick off. Delmiro Cordera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jose Arixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MULA FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Armando Mannuel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Benjamin Txeru made a great header on Chacarita Juniors's corner, it was just that MULA FC's Marcial Oriol managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 91st minute Delmiro Cordera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Arixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, MULA FC's Marcial Oriol got control of the ball when Angelito Di Maria tried to sneak it across the goal line.
