After a rather tough play, Gowlan AFC's Dalmacio Manny got a free kick in the 11th minute. Agustin Argoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Godofredo Tipi went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Godofredo Tipi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustin Argoitz was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Godofredo Tipi managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL TITAN M.P.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Tipi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agustin Argoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. EL TITAN M.P.'s Apolo Maule proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save EL TITAN M.P. from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Gowlan AFC's Humberto Matos got a free kick in the 30th minute. Godofredo Tipi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustin Argoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Godofredo Tipi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Godofredo Tipi to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godofredo Tipi got free with Agustin Argoitz in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agustin Argoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Tipi, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Godofredo Tipi took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustin Argoitz. Agustin Argoitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 58 minutes into the game, Krzysztof Warzycha threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gowlan AFC's Máté Paszkál quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 59 played minutes Gowlan AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Farias. Agustin Argoitz stood somewhat misplaced when Godofredo Tipi came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 68 minute. A throw-in in the 71st minute of the game was made by Máté Paszkál with Humberto Matos as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 75 minutes into the match, Gowlan AFC's Manuel Gumaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Apolo Maule narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in EL TITAN M.P.'s zone, Ernesto Farias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Maule came out of the goal and Ernesto Farias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Tipi in the 89th minute of play forced Gowlan AFC's goalkeeper Agustin Argoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Godofredo Tipi managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL TITAN M.P.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Tipi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agustin Argoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. EL TITAN M.P.'s Abel Aureo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Máté Paszkál, made in the 96th minute of the game. Agustin Argoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Tipi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. EL TITAN M.P.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
