Gabriel Furtado came out of the goal and Aquiles Socorro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Escurfa's Gabriel Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Socorro in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Elias Bratt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Furtado. Escurfa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Bratt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 12 minutes into the game, Neisseria FC's Isaac Rumaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Furtado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Gabriel Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Bratt in the 16th minute of the match. Escurfa's Gabriel Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Rumaldo in the 18th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Isaac Rumaldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Furtado was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celso Aurre during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nereo Astigar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Chayo in the 51st minute of play. Gabriel Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Socorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Isaac Rumaldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With splendid footwork Aquiles Socorro arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-5 by the left pole in the game's 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Eloy Chayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes in the game, Isaac Rumaldo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gabriel Furtado having to interfere. Isaac Rumaldo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Furtado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Aquiles Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Rumaldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Gabriel Furtado made a huge save. After having played for 95 minutes, Eloy Chayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escurfa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eloy Chayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Neisseria FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Escurfa.
