Saverio Buinton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Alfonso Maurino made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernani Pinho in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eloy Sengrat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Ernani Pinho put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Eloy Sengrat. When TURCOS ARGENTINOS's Ernani Pinho in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the match, TURCOS ARGENTINOS's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Arnalt came free, but Alfonso Maurino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, TURCOS ARGENTINOS's Alvaro Loreto got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amado Arnalt to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Silvestre Guerrero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lyon FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After a rather tough play, TURCOS ARGENTINOS's Lino Salvadore got a free kick in the 59th minute. Alfonso Maurino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Buinton in the 64th minute of the match. Saverio Buinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saverio Buinton kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Lyon FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of TURCOS ARGENTINOS:s goal. The referee gave TURCOS ARGENTINOS a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Orlando Bidari, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lyon FC's Eloy Sengrat. 3-2. 76 minutes into the game, Amado Arnalt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Alfonso Maurino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Amado Arnalt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute.
