Armando Jerrold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Mosen in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Roberto Palban ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armando Jerrold was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, Internacional Bariloche's Pastor Dantel got a free kick in the 17th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Panacán:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Internacional Bariloche:s goal. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Fidel Tolino might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Jerrold. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fidel Tolino ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 53rdth minute of the game Roberto Palban who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panacán's Armando Jerrold was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anibal Mosen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 55th playminute. Roberto Palban was extremely unlucky when he, in the 61st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Internacional Bariloche made a substitution. Julio Sergi replaced Anibal Mosen.
