In the 4th minute, Adrian Remicio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Palban, 4 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. CATELCO's Jorge Heriberto got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th match minute, CATELCO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Palban to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Heriberto got free with Wilfredo Dantae in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcelino Olo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. CATELCO's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jorge Heriberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Dantae having to interfere. Edgardo Balasi didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when PILLO FC's Jeronimo Udalaitz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Jorge Heriberto took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfredo Dantae. Wilfredo Dantae dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Marcelino Olo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jorge Heriberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Marcelino Olo took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Wilfredo Dantae to make any attempt to save it. Jorge Heriberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Wilfredo Dantae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PILLO FC's Wilfredo Dantae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Olo in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jorge Heriberto was the one to do the kick off. Carolo Fonda had several of the CATELCO's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 51 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Edgardo Balasi as he didn't even see the shot coming. Jeronimo Udalaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Balasi having to interfere. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind PILLO FC's goalkeeper Wilfredo Dantae, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edgardo Balasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Udalaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariel Sauveur during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Heriberto in the 67th minute of play forced PILLO FC's goalkeeper Wilfredo Dantae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CATELCO's Edgardo Balasi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save CATELCO from getting a goal against them. A collision led to CATELCO getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Serafin Aritza hit a great ball. Jeronimo Udalaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Edgardo Balasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolo Fonda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Edgardo Balasi made a huge save. Wilfredo Dantae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Olo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Marcelino Olo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jorge Heriberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PILLO FC's Wilfredo Dantae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Olo in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, CATELCO's Jorge Heriberto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilfredo Dantae made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Marcelino Olo managed to get in a good position for a shot. CATELCO's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelino Olo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Dantae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wilfredo Dantae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Heriberto in the 96th minute of play. CATELCO walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
