Alvaro Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristobal Checa in the 13th minute of the match. Cristobal Primeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Quintan having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Inocencio Bilbo made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Abadia. Confederacion Argentina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Alvaro Abadia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Checa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Di Santo in the 29th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gökçek Koçhan in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Abadia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After taking down the ball on Cieneguita AFC's corner Pedro Isidor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alvaro Abadia quite easily take care of the ball. Alvaro Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Checa in the 42nd minute of play. Pedro Isidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristobal Checa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Cieneguita AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gökçek Koçhan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Isidor in the 57th minute of play forced Confederacion Argentina's goalkeeper Alvaro Abadia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristobal Checa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Alvaro Abadia made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Cieneguita AFC's zone, Saul Koldobika stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruperto Quintan came out of the goal and Saul Koldobika tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Pedro Isidor took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Alvaro Abadia to make any attempt to save it. Inocencio Bilbo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Alvaro Abadia made a huge save. In the 76th minute, Cristobal Checa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Abadia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 81st minute, Pedro Isidor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Abadia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Franco Di Santo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inocencio Bilbo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Cristobal Primeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Confederacion Argentina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Cieneguita AFC played a much better game than Confederacion Argentina and deserved their victory. The Confederacion Argentina players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
