Maluko Juniors's Severino Ekhi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Maluko Juniors from getting a goal against them. Rolando Osorio hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Severino Ekhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Elixio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Severino Ekhi throw himself and got hold of the ball when Camilo Elixio in the 22ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Adolfo Azevedo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Severino Ekhi to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Camilo Elixio in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severino Ekhi saved Maluko Juniors from getting behind. Generoso Haritz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berend Stuifzand in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Camilo Elixio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Ekhi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Ekhi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urbano Madeo in the 34th minute. With a little luck, Maluko Juniors's Severino Ekhi got control of the ball when Camilo Elixio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luan Fantini hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Generoso Haritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sava Antić in the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Maluko Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Elixio came free, but Severino Ekhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Camilo Elixio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severino Ekhi was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. With 85 minutes on the clock, Marcelino Jorrin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After taking down the ball on Italó's corner Urbano Madeo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Severino Ekhi quite easily take care of the ball. Italó's Urbano Madeo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Severino Ekhi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 91 minutes into the game, Berend Stuifzand recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Generoso Haritz. Berend Stuifzand showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After 95 minutes, Isidoro Cordeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maluko Juniors and the Italó players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Maluko Juniors's Isidoro Cordeiro got a free kick in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Italó had played much better football throughout.
