Spectators: 5506 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1004, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Placido Olayo started the match with the kick off. After 4th play minutes Eriberto Casado shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Jamie Goucher and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Guillen in the 7th minute of play forced Atlético Melipal's goalkeeper Ramon Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Placido Olayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Casado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamie Goucher having to interfere. Remigio Guillen struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ramon Selatse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huanchilla FC. Eriberto Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jamie Goucher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atlético Melipal's Ramon Selatse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Guillen in the 29th minute of play. Jamie Goucher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Casado in the 35th minute of the match. Remigio Guillen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ramon Selatse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remigio Guillen to strike the kick off in the second half. Jamie Goucher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Olayo in the 55th minute of the match. Jamie Goucher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eriberto Casado went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigio Guillen in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramon Selatse saved Atlético Melipal from getting behind. Ramon Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Guillen in the 66th minute of the match. If Placido Olayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramon Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Guillen in the 84th minute of play. Primitivo Oihan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Auguste Ollivier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eriberto Casado came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jamie Goucher could save by the left post. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Atlético Melipal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Huanchilla FC:s goal. Remigio Guillen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
