Manuel Macerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Ruy, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Manuel Macerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Kosiorek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geronimo Caton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geronimo Caton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Gasteiz having to interfere. If Geronimo Caton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the game, Ubaldo Raphael was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nueva Atlántis FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cosmos Urquiza the free kick. In the 23rd minute, Ubaldo Raphael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute of the match Cristo Baudelio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cayetano Gasteiz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 27 minutes of play, Nueva Atlántis FC's Mark Kosiorek made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Macerio was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32nd minute, Geronimo Caton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Macerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Kosiorek in the 36th minute of the match. Cosmos Urquiza's Manuel Macerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Kosiorek in the 38th minute of play. Roberto-Carlos Kakatsios hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Roberto-Carlos Kakatsios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the game, Nueva Atlántis FC's Anselmo Ruy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel Macerio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 45 minutes, Cristo Baudelio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cosmos Urquiza and the Nueva Atlántis FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cristo Baudelio kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Ruy to make the kick off. Anselmo Ruy spun around in front of the goal 53 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Cosmos Urquiza's goal. 57 minutes into the game, Nueva Atlántis FC's Mark Kosiorek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel Macerio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Mark Kosiorek scored 0-6 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Macerio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Manuel Macerio managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Nueva Atlántis FC's Anselmo Ruy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cosmos Urquiza's Manuel Macerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Kosiorek in the 67th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Manuel Macerio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 74th match minute, Cosmos Urquiza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Delfino to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the game, Mark Kosiorek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Manuel Macerio. Mark Kosiorek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Manuel Macerio was a little too slow when Mark Kosiorek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-9. After a rather tough play, Nueva Atlántis FC's Fulgencio Eyague got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After some careless play in the Cosmos Urquiza defense, Mark Kosiorek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Macerio. The Cosmos Urquiza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Macerio should have stopped the shot. In the 97th minute, Geronimo Caton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
