The Arsenal de Sarandi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Angelino Donio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnoldo Lohitzun in the 16th minute. The supporters of Arsenal de Sarandi booed when Cosmos Urquiza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Baudelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Cosmos Urquiza's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Izel came free, but Manuel Macerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Macerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Izel in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Arsenal de Sarandi's Grigore Ganea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. The crowd rose to their feet as Hector Izel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Manuel Macerio. Manuel Macerio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12. Hector Izel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Manuel Macerio made a huge save. Manuel Macerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigore Ganea, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Cosmos Urquiza's Feliberto Panfilo got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 93 played minutes Arsenal de Sarandi got a freekick which was hit by Santos Ostots. Honorato Velasco took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Angelino Donio. Arsenal de Sarandi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arsenal de Sarandi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
