Dariusz Praski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Caton in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Bosteritos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Lohitzun came free, but Dariusz Praski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Bosteritos FC defense, Geronimo Caton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dariusz Praski. The Bosteritos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dariusz Praski should have stopped the shot. Manuel Macerio was a little too slow when Melquiades Todor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 24th minute, Leonardo Bento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorato Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Cosmos Urquiza's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Melquiades Todor scored to the left of an out of position Manuel Macerio, making the score, 2-1. After 46 played minutes Bosteritos FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Bento.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victorio Primo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arnoldo Lohitzun kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, Cosmos Urquiza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Velasco to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorio Primo in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Macerio saved Cosmos Urquiza from getting behind. Zeledon Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Manuel Macerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Bosteritos FC's goalkeeper Dariusz Praski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geronimo Caton. Dariusz Praski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Lohitzun, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After a rather tough play, Cosmos Urquiza's Primitivo Paio got a free kick in the 78th minute. Bernard Edwards took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manuel Macerio. Manuel Macerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Bernard Edwards received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Manuel Macerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Victorio Primo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Macerio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Cosmos Urquiza's Manuel Macerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Arias in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Cosmos Urquiza booed when Bosteritos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Ralondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Arnoldo Lohitzun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
