After 14 minutes of play, Lavayén AFC's Ezequiel Machado made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Justo Tebaldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th minute Ignacio Gorka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Nakoneczny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ezequiel Machado might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justo Tebaldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ezequiel Machado ran back to his position shaking his head. Teodoro Aguirre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justo Tebaldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Cordarin went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Aguirre during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teodoro Aguirre hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Freddy Silban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Boca.fc's zone, Ezequiel Machado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justo Tebaldo came out of the goal and Ezequiel Machado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Walery Nakoneczny didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Freddy Silban went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 46 minutes, Ezequiel Machado made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Boca.fc's Justo Tebaldo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ezequiel Machado made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Lavayén AFC's Orlando Cordarin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Justo Tebaldo. Justo Tebaldo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. If Teodoro Aguirre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Segundo Xabat's late challenge caught a Boca.fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Segundo Xabat helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Lavayén AFC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Xabat. Everardo Laurin kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Alfredo Ederono in the 66th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Justo Tebaldo's left hand side. Boca.fc's Victor Espiridion got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ignacio Gorka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Walery Nakoneczny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ignacio Gorka in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walery Nakoneczny prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the match, Ezequiel Machado notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Boca.fc's Justo Tebaldo. Justo Tebaldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match was over Lavayén AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Boca.fc throughout the match.
