Lavayén AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Cordarin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Eufrasio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teodoro Aguirre hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Vicente Musko made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lavayén AFC's Marcos Galoer. Marco Eufrasio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Cordarin in the 25th minute of play. Lavayén AFC's Ezequiel Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Agapito Huerta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walery Nakoneczny was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Lavayén AFC's Honorio Fix got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Agapito Huerta to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Hasenkamp's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Machado came free, but Marco Eufrasio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54thth minute of the game Ezequiel Machado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hasenkamp's Marco Eufrasio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lavayén AFC's zone, Agapito Huerta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walery Nakoneczny came out of the goal and Agapito Huerta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Walery Nakoneczny managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Hasenkamp's Agapito Huerta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 96 played minutes Hasenkamp got a freekick which was hit by Adan Sergi.
