In the 9th minute, Clodoveo Blanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wasyl Sedzikowski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Fernando Gartxot skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Tião Talló got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Dominguito booed when Pink Floyd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Tebaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Guaberto Isaio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dominguito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Isaio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Wasyl Sedzikowski sped through Pink Floyd's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fernando Gartxot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wasyl Sedzikowski in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Gartxot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernando Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wasyl Sedzikowski in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Pink Floyd's goal looked a bit too open when Wasyl Sedzikowski came free, but Fernando Gartxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dominguito's Wasyl Sedzikowski in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a defensive mix-up in Pink Floyd's zone, Tião Talló stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Gartxot came out of the goal and Tião Talló tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wasyl Sedzikowski was the one to do the kick off. Fernando Gartxot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dominguito. When the referee ended the match the Dominguito players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
